These Terms and Conditions govern your use of minilume.com and any purchases made through our store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
About us
Minilume is an e-commerce retailer of lighting fixtures operating under UK law. Our contact email is contact@minilume.com.
Orders and contract
By submitting an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case we will provide a full refund of any payment taken.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices may be updated at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment provider. We do not store your card details.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery times are 12 to 20 working days from dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruption, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Returns and cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Full details are provided on our Returns page. Items must be returned in unused, original condition. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Product descriptions
We make every effort to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to photography and screen settings. These do not constitute a defect or grounds for return unless the product materially differs from its description.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minilume is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any matter arising from an order is limited to the value of that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
